Olmsted Falls, Ohio-This is Stella. She came from the last litter of wild cats I took care of, but it was so smart that I couldn't catch it. I have been trapped a lot over the years, and Cleveland APL sterilized them for $10. It is a blessing that they did it and still do it.

Stella's mother, Pang Jin, knew not to fall into the trap of having a heart. She has seen too many departures!

She probably gave birth to eight litters over the years. After the first litter, I knew I had to take the kittens home and find a home for them. About four or five weeks after I saw them eating ordinary food, I would take them in. Then I will find their home in about eight weeks.

My veterinary technician at the MetroPet Veterinary Clinic in Berea took three kittens and sent the other kittens home with many friends. I took some to APL to be adopted.

But when there is only one person without a home, I ran into a problem. I can not do it. Therefore, I have three Punkin kittens from different litters, and Stella is the last one.

Stella is a diluted calico-which means her color is softer than most calico cats. That's because her mother is gray and white, and her father is an orange male cat.

She is a little snuggled and loves her seductive cat hospitality. She would sit at the door of the pantry and cry for them until I gave her some.

Raising kittens is so fun. Now my mother is gone, I miss her very much. Stella is 3 years old, but still behaves like a kitten, so I like it very much.
