FQA1. Are you a factory or only a trading company?
We are a trading company with our own factory, and we also have more than 50 cooperative factories. We have our own brand "Petlike".
2. How about your MOQ?
We usually do 300 pcs one color one mold. But if we have in stock , we could do assortment colors for you.
3. How about the packing?
Usually, the products are packed with header card, and it's no problem for us to accept the header card with customer logo.
We could also do special packing according to customs' requirements.
4. What's your payment terms?
30% deposit, 70% by T/T against the copy of shipping documents with 5 days after shipping.
If the total amount is small, please pay the total when you place the order.
5. How about the shipping cost?
If your goods are not large, we can send them to you via counier, such as FEDEX, DHL, we cooperated with them for long time, so we have good price. If your goods is large, we will arrange shipment by sea.
6. How about the delivery time?
It usually takes us 35-45 days after receiving your deposit.
